#51821 Blue Earth MN

It’s gray and windy out. Yesterday was windy and sunny. Weather is such a great intro. Not feeling awkward about that. At all.

Coffee is hot and the kids are still sleeping, which is really surprising considering that I was woken by Gizzi barking. He actually alerted twice. The first time looking out I didn’t see anything or anyone but when he barked again I looked closer and there was a blonde lady standing outside of the bus. She must’ve done something to bother Gizzi cause all the curtains were closed and he sleeps pretty tightly. This town or truck stop is weird. This guy just took a whiz on the grass field during which he decided to look mostly at bugus (he was far enough away that the only reason I’m assuming he was peeing was through body structure. He then skipped over within a 100 yards, took a pic and then ran back to his yoga mat where he’s now doing stretches. Just to point out, I see weird as a compliment because it means you’re focused enough on living your humanity that you don’t care about how others perceive it or you. Now the mat is rolled up and he is loading it into a silver car that was parked at a pump through the duration of his exercise. Leaving a car at the pump instead of driving it to the spot of your stretches. There must be little going on out here. Oh there’s more people in the car…..

We made it into Minnesota! I do wanna say that yesterday was a much better day for me than Sunday had been. Less looking pityfully on my situation and getting more done. Galixy isn’t feeling super well, like she caught a mini cold without fever but coughs and sneezes. Boosting an immune system will definitely fill my mind. And feeling like we’re doing what we need to do helps, too. Also listening to self love affirmations and good music and crying out all the emotions. It also helped that my aunt and a lovely lady took the chance to transfer some much appreciated money into our paypal. I didn’t even add the “contribute paragraph” all I did was portray my emotions honestly. Faking it has never worked for me anyway.

That lady that got Gizzi barking earlier came back! She said her husband drives truck and she saw us while taking her husband back to his truck. She just really wanted to deliver us a beautiful crisp bill in thanks of reminding her that it doesn’t take much to be happy and bring smiles to others. Those words are surely worth a fortune! I’m grateful for her persistence and checking out our medias!

Galixy just said that when she’s a grown up she’ll find someone to marry. It’ll be a nice person and they’ll have pretty babies. I believe her.

Sunday we drove to Floyd, IO and stayed the night in the Loves truck stop. The Nomadic Hippie (Youtubes!) came over from his truck and made a little video, so maybe we’ll be featured and gain more support from the Nomadic community! We had a nice take out dinner as I just wanted an easy evening. The kids ate a whole footlong sandwich between them! They’re getting so big!

In the morning, this other trucker couple brought us chocolates, a jug of diesel, and lots of little love. Another guy filled another jug and finally this other trucker made a point to pull us to the pump and put some more fuel in and another lady decided to put another 10$ on the pump for us. All in all I’d call that a successful stop.

From there we drove to the I35 and up into Minnesota where we stopped at the rest area since it had a playground and spot for the dogs to run.

Then we drove to Albert Lea and had a grocery store stop where a guy who does Blinds (advertised on the truck he drives) came over to give us $10 and tell us to keep being free because it’s nice to see. That rhymes and if it rhymes it’s good.

Stocked up with raspberries, Watermelon, and pudding cups, we headed on to Blue Earth where the olly Green Giant statue stands. Galixy napped through that visit, but woke up for us to eat the tasty Butternut squash ravioli for dinner. I’m super sick of cheese ravioli so I’d bought only a small pack of the Squash ones which was a bad calculation because we all enjoyed them so much we could’ve all ate seconds.

Something close to my heart: While we were at Jason’s he asked about the situation with Galixy. He had his ear open, especially since Galixy had corrected him herself. He just wanted to understand and with open ears he understood enough to make the effort to come back after processing and apologize to Galixy for his blurp about it. I’m very grateful that he opened his heart to new perspective. That conversation wouldn’t have been as easy if it had taken place online.

Like the bigotry I encountered by someone who markets themselves as Peace and Love and Acceptance. Literally part of the nomadic community and has a slur in their band name. Then goes on my facebook post to attack something as mentally ill on which he’s so ill informed that he quotes science that’s been outdated for decades and proceeds to make mysogenistic comments. When called out on such, backtracks to “just joking to show how filled with hate a side is” Like, I literally calmly provided information to ammend his ignorance and the only one he actually clicked on was the youtube link I provided because I knew he wouldn’t put the effort into reading, and the video I provided was specifically picked as it’s made for kid mentality but by a guy I don’t particularly like either. Obviously there’s better youtube videos but as I almost expected, hoped against but expected, he prefers to stay ignorant and spew hate. So I will no longer be supporting the “Gypsy Wagyn Band” in fact I’m likely to do the opposite. Don’t support bigotry. Especially if their big handle is being a band of peace and love and covering all the “hippie” songs. Don’t support hypocrisy in that extreme. I’m SO disappointed that even in the community of free thinkers such hate is allowed. That kind of thought process and unacceptance kills people.  People who are just trying to exist and live their truth. People who simply strive to be happy and never hurt anyone because they themselves know what it’s like to live in adversity.

AAAAH I’m so done. I think I’ve run out of writing topic, but may have become blocked by my agitation at willful ignorance.

The kids have been playing bakugans, marbles and pokemon in a good conglomeration of weirdness. I killed two bed bugs in Galixy’s bed. I don’t see them anywhere in Atreyu’s bed, but I find like one or two every other day in Galixy’s bed and I don’t know where they’d be coming from.

Sioux Falls is about 2 hours away from here and I do believe we’ll make it there today. The kiddos want to go out to the little playground we parked in front of but haven’t put socks and shoes on themselves to do so whilst I write. They ate raspberries and some mini muffins for breakfast. It is a bit windy which makes me a little nervous driving Bugus, but it hasn’t reached over 20 mph wind so we should be fine.

I picked this parking spot not only because of the playground but also because the light exposure was minimal at night and I thought we were pretty out of the way. All the more reason for it to be a pleasure to even get a single donation, not to mention such a lovely one from the lady, but also the two elderly men who put something in my mailbox within the span of me writing.

At any rate, I really appreciate your presence here reading this. I do believe we’re up to 81 subscribers here on wordpress  and I do have a couple really cool people who hit the like button on these creations. Strafari being the liker coming to mind predominantly though it’s not to undermine the lovely other persons like Magnoliamartin, or the lovely other people on Facebook who consistently like and support my posts like my dad and Ruth and Cheyana Juarez-Quintero. Y’all are so awesome and appreciated. Also Crikett as always!! Checking up on me and saying lovely things to keep me writing.

I do hope you’re grateful. I hope you have a smile to share. May you receive all you need to make you feel worthwhile and appreciated. May your friends care enough about you to make the time for you when you need them.

Loving you!
