Greycliff, MT- Spanish Peaks Alpaca Ranch

I woke pretty early, time change and all. But the main motivator were the two people right outside the bus, chit chatting loudly and taking pictures. I honestly don’t mind people taking pictures, I just wish they had kept their voices at a more normal level, or even one considerate of others sleeping.

I made coffee and cleaned while the kids slept in. Once everything was to my satisfaction I turned on some low music and soon enough the kids woke up. They were too excited to eat. They did take some juice but they really wanted to get driving to their Omi’s. On the way I solidified my want to keep driving Matilda, even if it means learning to replace my own transmission.

And so we drove.

Omi was already busy with Alpaca shearing when we got there. I got right on doing laundry and bathing the kids. My brother worked until the afternoon and returned with his daughter from school.

I was exhausted for the rest of the day. Strategizing was the main part of my day. I know I’m on the brink of needing a better computer set up, along side looking into the interior work I need, and the mechanical.

It was nice getting to hang out with my brother. I barely have gotten to talk to my mom but I’m sure we’ll get there anyway. Atreyu was so happy to have Elli. She’s gotten so big and grown up over the winter. She’s about as tall as me and such long legs! She’s been so sweet to the boys so far. I think their own growth helps her interact with them. Even Galixy is keeping up.

I went to bed early and rose early. Not early enough to see my mom or Nik leave for the day, but Atreyu was eager to get out of bed himself. Elli slept the longest, second Galixy. I had fancy coffee and set up the lap top to start my research. Besides dumpstering at the flooring place and going to the Habitat for humanity, I’ll probably finagel a propane mounting rack on the back, attach a water tank, do countertops and some drawers. So I have plenty of projects. I started a gofundme and will be looking into merchandising some Matilda Bugus goodies. I’ve got to get a powersteering pump and the transmission on the mechanical side. Around here we have some Morrel mushroom hunting and chicken coup cleaning to be done.

I also should get myself together to visit with Crikett and tell Peaches I’m back so he can look at the pendant he wants.

Well, now I have gofundme, didn’t finish this post. The go fund me is: https://www.gofundme.com/manage/6ognl4w I could really use some crowd funding help. 12 hours in and we have 56 shares and 10$ kickstart! Thank you so much for the good start! We can do this!

The kids are still sleeping; they had a long night playing. I had a long night hanging out with Nik and his friend. We had a fire in the back yard and some good giggles. I made plans with Crikett to see her later on today (now sunday.) I’m getting some quiet alone time to just breath and prioritize. It feels pretty good.

All who have shared some supoort, may it have been a smile, a share, a dollar, or a follow, thank you so much! Forever grateful!

Loving you!
