I’m so happy Solo got what he needed from that Walmart. He ended up getting so many blankets kicked down that he decided that the tent would be good enough. I utilized his good humor to tell him that I was probably going to go East instead of California. We got him a bus ticket in the morning to get him out of this cold as quick as possible. I bet the cold front is over and it won’t be bad after this, but he says he needs his ID and things.
He told me that he thinks I’m a one of a kind person. That he sees me of having no intentions of hurting anyone, but simply surviving and that it’s rare to find and very admirable. I think that’s a pretty good review on my character. I think for being a little rough around the edges, he’s a responsible human. He has a bit of a narrow view of the world, but it’s still a lot broader than your regular old Fellow. He’s very caring. I appreciate him for who he is.
I will also be happy when I pick up my bikes from Garland and head east. Something’s happening. I don’t know what it is yet, but I definitely feel like I overstayed my welcome in Tucson. If it is the case, then the road will move quickly. As in my gas tank will fill like almost by itself. I really hope that Sandy haven’t left yet. I want to see them again. Emet, too. I also wonder if Kenny hopped out already, and if my hunches about him are right.
I gave Galixy one dose of painreliever on demand today. About twenty minutes after sipping he said he wanted more “menecin” but I told him no and he forgot about it for the rest of the day. Must mean he really isn’t bothered by it anymore. Does anybody want the left overs? Can I give them away? I mean, they’re huge bottles and we barely used any, I feel so wasteful. Even if I’d keep one “just in case” I still have a whole nother bottle. Ones Motrin, the other’s ibuprofen. Gross stuff, but sometimes it’s handy I guess. I’d be way happy if someone would take it before they buy another off the shelf and I end up having to throw mine out. Just saying: less demand, means less supply.
A couple days ago while standing outside the verizon, my cat jumped out and a Bugus admirer caught him and returned him. I jokingly said “Thanks for grabbing my pussy.” and we had a little laugh cause Trump. He had a nice vibe and I admit I was flirting, though I generally don’t think it even gets registered when I do. He said he’d come up with a propane rack thing for the back and took my phone number. So, now he hasn’t called, and I do expect flakeyness in humans and time spans and things, but I just had this flash of an episode of “How I met Your Mother” where Ted goes on a date and they decide not to social media stalk each other before the date. Obviously it doesn’t go as planned. Our current patterns and technology dependancy wouldn’t allow for such an old fashioned date. I don’t do the facebook stalking thing. I expect to find out about your stories as they’re happening or from your mouth, but now that I have more of a persona out there, I totally feel like that could be a possibility of why I haven’t heard from him. His loss if anything, but I sure coulda used that propane rack and some more flirty banter would’ve been fun.
One of my favorite things about hanging out in a group of travelers is that we’re so busy telling stories about our past endeavors that we barely have time for Gossip. I do enjoy getting updates about my friends from other sources, too. My friends post little, so any update on them is nice. At any rate, Human interaction is bomb, in measured increments.
Now it will be time to curl up in bed, undo airplane mode to post this (Data renews tomorrow!! now if I don’t overage it in the next hour, my mom will be happy, and that’ll make me happy). Hope everyone is warm and cozy
Loving you!!
