I dont even know where to start. I should’ve written yesterday but it was a long busy day. I guess it be best to start with the flood warning we all received almost simultaneously and the kid with eleven little dogs who parked in the wash that turned into running stream. I should mention that stream had a mercury mine leaking into it and rose to be 4 feet on the trailer. After a long day of rain and inaction on the guys part, he was really starting to hustle trying to rescue his trailer and dogs. After the dogs were across and his trailer anchored more properly he went to put out the fire in the woodstove. I didn’t witness a flash flood but by the morning my bus was parked creek side.

As you can see, the sun was out and it was glorious. The boys played in the mud and in the creek. We walked around some just to be able to say we saw it, but once our stuff was dried out, it was time to pack up and head towards Tucson for the dental clinic this morning.
It was a long drive with a stop for some food in Phoenix. We stopped at a Safeway, a five minute drive to the clinic and got up early to get there. We were #15 in a small waiting room full of people. Atreyu hung out in another area full of activities with Kenny while we waited for hours just so the lady could tell me she wouldn’t pull his teeth there cause she wanted to put him under for it. I told her that I wasnt willing to put him under if it wasnt absolutely necessary and pulling teeth novocain does plenty well, but she didn’t want to inconvenience him there so she gave me her card to make an appointment on Monday. Needless to say I’m exasperated. Beyond frustrated.
I couldn’t do much with the rest of the day. I even took a two hour nap after foaming my bug a bit. I hope it will leak less.
Now we’re sitting at McDonalds. The boys are such good children. They were roaring at/with other children. Apparently they roared too loadly and a kid felt patronized and started hitting at them, I told Atreyu to back it up and quit taunting. He responded immediately. Then a kid came in screaming “hey slow poke!” So I called my boys down and had a quick chat about that being more taunting than the roaring and to keep their attitudes up. They went in asking kids to excuse them as they passed. We ate good chicken noodle soup before coming in for a large fry and milkshake desert. I think it helped with their current demeanor. Wholly satisfied.
My door is falling to pieces and I really have to do something about that. The bus floor is also gonna get some help, cause help! My life is falling apart. I really need a mini keyboard for this phone because my thumbs are starting to get sore with all the typing I’ve been doing lately. Or my laptop working would be stupendous. Plenty of projects, never enough money.
Tomorrow is laundry day. We will see. I feel very dejected and exhausted. But I guess, its gonna be ok. I watched Galixy slip and pretty much roll, but be totally alright.
Loving you
