Today was another bright sunshiney day. Morning wake up was super mellow and I almost considered just staying out in the dirt all day, but my lighting situation beckoned me to go spend some of my hoarded funds. I figured looking at a saint Vincent de Paul’s thrift store for random knick knacks would be the place to start. I found a shelf the boys decided they couldn’t live without (“jets” design) so we moved around their play area to enable the fortuitously fitting shelf to harbor most of their toys. The trek for misscellaneous bus accessories led us to the Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight, sucking about $20 out of my tight little pocket.
From there we went to the Park across the London Bridge of Lake Havasu. The kids and pets played on equipment and sand for hours. George came by to tell me the high expense of injectors and the solution of injector cleaning fluid. I purchased some and a new fuel filter. I will be youtubing my fuel filter replacement so I can go at it with confidence.
Before we left the park, two bicyclists came by the bus, and the wonderful lady, Christina seems to have decided to play santa claus for us. She took my phone number and said she’d find us a small Christmas tree and a couple wrapped presents for the boys (I’ve been having a hell of a time trying to be incognito).
Now, we are back at McDonalds. I really dislike that this town has a play place. I wouldn’t be tempted to come here at all, but yesterday on our way to the desert Galixy fell asleep. I’m sure he had eaten enough throughout the day, but sleeping on a full belly just makes this mamma worry less. not that this hamburger actually is any nutrition, but they eat so much raw fruit and vegetable that I can excuse some trash going in their gullet. And I do let them eat dirt and leaves, too.
We called my dad and Chris today and sang happy birthday. The boys did so well! It was nice chatting with them. They told me I should start another GoFundMe to link to this blog. What do you think? Anybody?
On that note, I got an email to be more engaging to my readers. What the fluff do I have to do to get a comment on this shit?
Serious enquiry up there ^. Videos? Of what? Should we leave this town? Where should we go?
